El Instituto de Investigaciones en Ciencia y Tecnología de Materiales (INTEMA), ubicado en la ciudad de Mar del Plata (Argentina), realiza actividades de investigación relativas al conocimiento básico y al desarrollo tecnológico en el área de materiales. El INTEMA, además, contribuye a la formación de investigadores y técnicos altamente calificados, la enseñanza de grado y posgrado en el campo de los materiales y el desarrollo y transferencia de tecnología al medio productivo. |

The Materials Science and Technology Research Institute (INTEMA), located in the city of Mar del Plata (Argentina), carries out activities related to the basic knowledge and technological development in the field of materials.
Moreover, the Institute aims at the training of highly qualified researchers and technicians, and at the promotion of graduate and postgraduate levels in the field of materials. It also contributes to the development and transfer of technology to the production area. |
